Hawaii Luaus offers an unforgettable experience awaiting you on the shores of Kailua Bay. The Luau celebration begins when the traditional roast pig is taken from the (underground oven) or Imu. The show features Native dances taking you through a journey of the South Pacific and than more excitement begins with a Samoan fire knife dance. During the show you will be feasting on the roast pig and all the island favorites. This is the best Luau on the Big Island of Hawaii. We guarantee that you won't go away hungry and you will have enjoyed the most superb show and feast on the Island. 5:30pm - Lei Greeting and photo opportunities. Sip a Mai Tai or cocktail (open bar) while you enjoy a variety of renown tunes of the South Pacific and Hawaii

6:00pm - Torch lighting Ceremony

6:30pm - Imu Ceremony (removal of the cooked pig from the underground oven)

7:00pm - Luau Dinner Buffet in the new luau garden, an oceanfront haven of coconut trees and tropical fauna with a superb view of Kona's world renown sunsets

7:45pm - Drums of Polynesia. An authentic journey through the South Pacific islands of Hawaii, Tahiti, Fiji, Samoa and New Zealand. The talented cast will perform songs and dances rarely seen in typical luau shows, culminating with a spell binding Samoan fire knife dance
